ERNST HTD30

ERNST HTD30 is the separate compact CHD analyzer product page in the CISAM-ERNST catalog. It is used when the plant needs case depth verification without destructive sectioning but does not require the larger HTD1500/HTD4000 system. For CNC Metal customers HTD30 belongs to heat-treatment quality control: carburizing, nitriding, induction hardening and incoming verification of hardened parts. Selection should check required depth range, reference procedure, part geometry, calibration, operator workflow and whether the customer's quality department accepts the non-destructive method.
